ORDERING FROM DECORELLA
You are deemed to place an order by ordering via the online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an email order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and the total cost of the order. This will be from firstname.lastname@example.org
Decorella may refuse to accept an order:
(a)where goods are not available;
(b)where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
(c)if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d)if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Our prices include VAT.
Delivery is made via Royal Mail First Class.
On request: Recorded Signed For (First Class); the same as First Class but you need to sign on receiving the parcel.
The parcel must be signed for on receipt and this will be used as proof of delivery.
Decorella delivers internationally.
If someone without authority signs for your delivery (when you choose 'Signed For') at the address given by you it will not be the responsibility of Decorella.
As items require a signature on delivery, if you should not be available to do this and they are returned to a Royal Mail depot it becomes your responsibility to make arrangements to collect them.
Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted.
Decorella will endeavor to dispatch items within two working days of the order being placed but cannot be held liable for late delivery caused by circumstances beyond the control.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain stock quantities accurately there may be occasion where this system fails and if for any reason this occurs and I am unable to fulfill your order I will inform you as soon as I become aware of this and provide you with a full refund.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a)you can notify me by email at email@example.com before I have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b)where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause listed below.
You can return goods you have ordered from my boutique for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods and following a full inspection by ourselves where items are received in the original condition I will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Refunds will be made onto the same card as used for the original purchase.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: -
If any products have been made or customized specifically for you
if following our inspection there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the items.
If items are returned outside the agreed 30 day period
If there are any faults on the goods on delivery and I have not been notified within 7 days of arrival.
